• EN ISO 374-1, type B: resistance to permeation for at least 30 minutes for a minimum of three test chemicals. Type A requires six, type C only one, at ten minutes.
• EN 374-2: watertightness, i.e. resistance to penetration through micro-holes and cracks.
• EN 374-4: material degradation under chemical exposure, because a glove can lose its properties before anything actually breaches it.
